HUMAN WORLD: How to organize your time?
Monday, December 30
picture source: www.magforliving.comToday’s post will be totally subjective and connected with my own experience. So all information which you read can be treated jokingly and you can modify it as you wish.I think that I cope with organizing my time very well and with pleasure will share my thoughts ;) I’ve never had any problems with organizing my time and I’m very happy because of it. Most things which had long deadline, were made earlier so as to have more free time to relax :) That was with my Master work on first studies – a few days of intensive work were followed by relaxing months. That’s right that with my Bachelor work was different and not so easy but some aberrations are sometimes very good ;)I think that there is no golden mean to realize all you plans in the proper time, without accelerating and not sleeping few nights before the deadline. I use some great things to organize my time and they are needful for me – you can easily buy them and use. They are very helpful. Below you can see small visualization :)
1. calendar: till now I’ve used it only for birthdays, name’s day, important festivals and events and what’s the most important – for my English lessons with students. This year Santa Claus made me a great surprise and gave me beautiful calendar with my favourite Audrey Hepburn (thank you my sister-in-law :*). I’ve decide to use it more often – to make daily plans and organize all my things to do, to learn and to get to know.2. pen: my favourite :) it’s a present which is with my very long time. I like it because it’s writing very softly ;) I don’t know why but I love pens which write very softly.3. phone: it’s useful always when I don’t have my calendar. How many times reminders helped me and I could do sth on time or buy something.4. stickers: I use them only in exceptional situations when I don’t have an access to my phone or calendar. They are useful when I don’t want to lose my thoughts in time when I’m thinking about sth to do. Unfortunately my memory is good, but very short. Not written thing doesn’t exist ;)5. clock and watch: next presents so I use them with joy. They are useful to not to be late for tram or bus and my students check hour in every 15 minutes if our lesson isn’t overrun ;)I think that’s all – rest is depend on you and how you think about organizing you daily plans and long-term ones.Autor: Unknown Etykiety: HUMAN , HUMAN WORLD | Email This BlogThis!
