    Today a very short post, because I have a cold and am spending my time in bed :( This post will be a prelude to further posts on this subject. Motivation is an important aspect of our life. It allows us to do different things and not put them on later. Generally, in the literature, we can find two kinds of motivation - internal and external. It’s much better to use the first one of course. It causes the great feeling of accomplishment – isn’t it amazing feeling when we do something without any constraint? I think that each of us has experienced such a feeling.
              In the internal motivation is the most important that the pleasure is performed by doing something. It is not easy to create this type of motivation, but just a little perseverance and some helpful techniques are enough to do it much easier. First you need to think that the process that you do is a goal you want to achieve . In this way it will be easier for us to strive for its realization. The second way is to think about what we can have thanks to achieving this goal – what will be positive effects , what we will gain and what we will lose when we don’t do it. It is worthwhile to take notes on this subject and come back to them when you get a moment of crisis. You should also control your actions – in order to avoid falling into a rut, which can lead to the complete collapse of internal motivation .
              When we talk about internal motivation, it’s very important to replace the word "I have to" into "I can ", and the best – at the final stage into the "I want". Then it will be much easier and better to approach to our actions. They will make more fun and bring better results when it comes to our quality of life .
