  1. KITCHEN: Bananas in chocolate

    I love Wednesdays – it’s a day when I can show you my little kitchen miracles. Today is for a very simple dessert – simple but cute. It will great for children birthday party and will cheer up meeting with our a bit older friends as well. I’m talking about bananas in chocolate with colorful hundreds-and-thousands (sprinkles) :) Yes, yes I know that they are very unhealthy but take it easy – don’t eat them too much and not too often and nothing will happen. Don’t be mad ;) The recipe is very easy but I like to use those which are tested by other people. And this time again I used that from blog: www.makecookingeasier.pl.


    You will need:
    -          a few bananas (it depends how many people you want to feed),
    -          dark/milk/white chocolate: one bar can be used for 3 bananas,
    -          a spoon of oil for each chocolate bar,
    -          long sticks,
    -          sprinkles or their healthier alternatives, ex. dry fruits cut into small pieces, nuts cut into small pieces.
    We peel bananas, put them on the sticks and then into refrigerator for the whole night. Next day melt chocolate with oils. Dip bananas in chocolate and decorate with sprinkles as you wish. Bananas are ready to eat almost already – chocolate congeal on cold fruits very fast :)
              The dessert is very easy to prepare but it can astonish your guests. It makes an impression on photos as well ;) As you can see, you don’t have to spend a lot of hours in the kitchen, preparing  layer cake. Simple desserts will be very good. Even with chocolate and sprinkles – it’s not a sin to eat them from time to time!
