    Today the topic which demands a lot of determination and motivation :) I’m talking about exercises at home. I think it need twice more will than going to gym or fitness – it’s in my case. When we are mobilized, we can train, train and train!
    In the Internet we can find a lot of ready sets with exercises – free and paid as well. I think that free are as good as paid ones. In the beginning it’s worth to buy some equipment – exercises mat on the first place.
              We can decide for cheap one (from 8 zł) or choose something more comfortable and better. My mat cost 29 zł and I bought it here:
    http://allegro.pl/sklep/24815179_sportclick. I’m very pleased with it – it’s handy and doesn’t need a lot of place. It’s quite stiff but it doesn’t influence on using it. Dumb-bells will be useful as well. I’ve made a mistake – bougth too light ;) 0,5 kg is too less. What about exercises wearing? Of course you can buy something designed but when you’re exercising at home, I think it’s not necessary. It should be comfortable – it’s my opinion.
    I’ve decide not to look for training films very long – and so it was. I’ve heard about Mel B films – watched them and chose :) Short, but very specific sets of exercises for different parts of body. It’s very important to begin with the warm-up, here:

    Now the question  – how many times per week? It’ll good few times :) but as you know it depends on many situations. Square with yourself.
