    I feel in my bones that there are only days to white winter with snow and cold. So I’ll need a big amount of warming up. It’s possible in many ways of course ;) One of favourite (beside warm blanket!) is delicious and very warm lentil and tomato soup. Be careful with lentil amount if you want to modify the recipe. I have bad experience with something which looked like gruel, not soup ;)

    Ingredientes:
    1 parsley
    1 carrot
    1/2 onion
    1 clove of garlic
    black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    2 pimientos
    ¾ glass of red lentil
    lemon juice
    ½ can of tomotoes
    1 spoon of marjoram
    1 spoon of oil

    Preparing:
    1.      Dice parsley, carrot and onion. Crash garlic and cut it into small pieces.
    2.      Heat oil, add onion and Garlic – till being fired.
    3.      Add bay leaf, pimientos, pepper and lentil.
    If you are fun of salt: you can add it and as well a drop of soya sauce.
    4.      Mix, add a drop of lemon juice, marjoram and 1 litre of boiled water.
    5.      Add cut vegetables and boil them till they are soft.
    6.      Add tomatoes and marjoram once again. Optionally you can add 2 teaspoons of butter.
    7.      If you like cream soups you can blend it and voila!

    I recommend you this soup with all my heart – for me it’s a number one. Or maybe just behind the tomato soup :)
